TRAXX Private Dining Procedures & Policies
A Fifty percent deposit, by check is required to confirm the date. California Sales Tax (8.25%) and 20% Service Charge will be applied to your total bill. Balance is due in full, by check or cash, at the close of the event. If you choose to pay by credit card, there will be a 3% processing fee added to the total bill.
A guaranteed guest count is required three days prior to the event date. Should there be no confirmation, the estimated guest count automatically becomes the guaranteed number of guests. Traxx reserves the right to bill additional charges for guest count increases.
Cancellations made at least one week before the event date will be refunded Fifty percent of the original deposit. If the event is cancelled within 7 days of the event date, Traxx will retain the full deposit amount.

Suggested menus simply act as a guideline in providing for your special event. We take great pride in tailoring menus to the specific wishes and needs of your group. Outside food and beverages will not be allowed into the restaurant without permission. Cakes brought in to the restaurant will assume a $2.50 per person plating charge. A corkage fee of $10.00 per bottle will be applied to wines brought into the restaurant.
We always provide the finest and freshest seasonal foods. At times, it may be necessary to change certain items due to the seasonal availability of products. Whenever possible, we will work with the client to find a mutually agreeable substitution.
Depending on the size and location of your event, staffing charges for service personnel may apply. If applicable, servers and bartenders will be charged at $25.00 per hour (set up and break down hours apply).
Valet and self parking are available at Union Station. Valet parking is $12 per car and self parking at the east end of the station (Gateway Parking) is $6 per car.
In the event that your party is less than 40 guests and during regular dining hours, Monday-Saturday, the valet fee may be waived.
We are happy to provide and/or assist our clients with outside services such as rental of equipment, flowers, entertainment and parking arrangements.
